This is a perfect sauce recipe for food lovers.

* ingredients

�100 grams of sugar
�40 gm unsalted butter
�20 cl of liquid cream
�0.5 tsp. to c. Fleur de Sel

*Preparation

Pour 3 cl of water and sugar into a saucepan.

Heat it over a medium heat until the sugar turns brown.

When the caramel takes on a beautiful golden color with a slightly pungent
aroma, add butter with fleur de sel away from the fire.

Mix and add cream.

Put the pan on the fire again, bring to a boil and pour into a bowl.

The caramel will thicken when it cools.

For a somewhat liquid caramel, stop cooking after boiling, pour into a bowl
and let cool.

For a thicker caramel, continue to simmer to reduce. Pour into a bowl and
leave to cool.
