A tasty twist on the Christmas festive favourite - ambrosia. A s'mores
version, could Christmas day get any better?
Ingredients
3 Cups
Meadow Fresh Vanilla Yoghurt
350ml
Cream
2 Cups Chocolate Brownies
1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
� Cup Chocolate Sauce
� Cup Crushed Chocolate Chip Cookies to garnish, optional
Method
Whip Cream until stiff peaks form.
Stir in yoghurt, brownies, marshmallows and chocolate sauce.
Top with crushed cookies (optional).
