*ingredients :

�2 chicken strips cut into cubes.
�1 zucchini cut into slices
�1 broken dough
�20 cl of liquid cream
�2 eggs
�1 handful of shredded cheese
�Pinch of curry or chili
�A few slices of green or black olives.

* instructions :

Cut chicken cutlets into small cubes. chopped zucchini (if using).
Fry the chicken cubes in a little olive oil until they become a beautiful
color.
Remove from skillet, add zucchini slices and cook on both sides.
Cover the pie plate with shortbread. Brushing bottom with mustard & set aside.
In a salad bowl, prepare the tart maker by mixing eggs and liquid cream.
Season with salt and pepper (add herbs if desired).
Add a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add a little curry or chili.
Arrange chicken cubes and zucchini in the bottom of the pie.
Pour in pancake mixture. Arrange a few slices of green or black olives.
Bake in a preheated 200�C (400�F) oven for 25 minutes or until the surface
turns a beautiful golden color.
