Peach pie. This classic Southern dessert recipe is perfect and might just be
the best cobbler you've ever had! Made with fresh peaches, crunchy vanilla,
and full of butter, this recipe is probably the best!

4 cups fresh peaches, sliced

 cup) sugar

 cup light brown sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup all-purpose flour

 cup) sugar

Half a teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon baking powder

4 tablespoons. Melted butter, cooled to room temperature

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Half a cup of milk

Heat oven 375 degrees.

Add the peach slices to a 3-quart casserole dish, add the sugar, light brown
sugar, and lemon juice. Stir to coat the peaches with the mixture.

Bake for 10 minutes.

While peaches are cooking, in a medium mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, salt,
and baking powder. Stir until smooth.

Pour in the milk, melted butter and vanilla extract.

Remove the peaches from the oven and place the dough over the baked peaches.

Continue cooking at 375 for 35 minutes, until surface is crisp and golden.

Serve the cobbler hot or at room temperature.
