Seasoned with lemon and basil, broccoli salad pairs best with green
vegetables. Far from the taste of steamed broccoli, this entree is both
flavorful and delicious.

* Ingredients:

� 400 grams of broccoli
� 3 tomatoes
� 1 garlic clove
� 1 basil branch
� 2 tablespoons of olive oil
� 1 tablespoon of water
� 1 lemon juice
� Salt and pepper

* Steps :

Wash the broccoli before placing it in a Pyrex casserole dish with 4
tablespoons of water.
Cooking broccoli in salads:
Cover and cook for 9 minutes in the microwave at maximum power.
Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices and put them in a salad
bowl.
Peel and chop the garlic clove.
Wash the basil, dry it with absorbent paper, and then cut the leaves with
scissors.
Make a sauce by mixing oil with water, garlic, and basil, then add lemon
juice, salt, and pepper.
Broccoli salad dressing:
When the broccoli is cooked, drain and salt. Let cool, then put in a salad
bowl with tomatoes. Sprinkle with the sauce and stir until combined.
