I know this is a long shot for a net in its early days, but is anyone else here involved with a Frontrunners group?

International Frontrunners is a network of over 100 LGBTIQA+ running/walking groups around the world.  These groups are very inclusive for all sexualities, genders and abilities.

I'm a member of Melbourne Frontrunners, which is based in Melbourne (Australia) - surprise!  Despite being almost 2 hours away, it's good to have that tie to a community group.

I'm also an oddity among frontrunners.  Firstly, I'm a serious athlete, rather than a recreational runner, and secondly, while Frontrunners, even the other serious athletes tend to be distance runners, often chasing goals like half marathons and marathons, I'm a sprinter - the only one that I know of.  So I bring something unique to the club.  I'm looking forward to being able to introduce the club to my training methods, once covid-19 restrictions are sufficiently eased.

Anyway, just another topic for discussion.
