we are on 4 with total close down.. alot of people are getting excited that
we might be going to level 3 but there are alot of people who think status 4
here should be extended, I personally think that we should continue at 4 for
another few weeks or until we have no more outbreaks and sit at 0 infections
for at least a 14 day period before we start playing with the different levels
