Yeah, the public safety and government networks seem to keep going through
disasters here. There isn't the level of fallback to hams that the US sees for
whatever reason. Maybe because the emergency services here are funded and
managed at state level with an appropriate budget. I dunno.
... How does this work, is there an orientation?
