MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Lemon Crisp Cookies
Categories: Five, Cookies, Snacks, Citrus
     Yield: 4444 servings

15 1/4 oz Box lemon cake mix
     1 c  Crisp rice cereal
   1/2 c  Butter, melted
     1 lg Egg, room temperature,
          - lightly beaten
     1 ts Grated lemon zest

 Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

 In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients (dough will
 be crumbly). Shape into 1-in. balls. Place 2 in. apart
 on ungreased baking sheets.

 Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove
 from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
