     Title: Balsamic Vinaigrette With Garlic And Sun-Dried Tomatoes

     Yield: 3/4 cup

     3    Sun-dried tomatoes;
          - oil-packed or rehydrated
     2 cl Garlic; crushed
   1/4 ts Natural sugar
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/3 c  Olive oil
     2 tb Balsamic vinegar
          Black pepper; freshly ground

 Place the tomatoes, garlic, sugar, and salt in a blender or food
 processor and process until smooth. Add the olive oil, vinegar, and
 pepper to taste and blend well. This will keep, tightly covered, in
 the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
