Make sure you get enough of the good (pro) biothics too. Last time my
pulmonology dr. put me on antibiotics, he said to take probiotics also,
to keep good bacteria in my system.

We don't have any near us that I know of. Think there's a colony in
western NC tho.

We enjoyed it but won't indulge very often. We're now almost to St.
Louis, on our way to AZ.
