Hi dave,
RH> Steve developed that too, same discs. He had fusion surgery in April of
RH> 2013; it's not a picnic, didn't totally resolve the issue but he's
RH> doing a lot better than he would have been had he not had the surgery.
DD> The important thisg is that he got the surgery. My poor sister nwas
DD> past the "window of opportunity" when the surgery was developed - so
DD> she has to live with the deteriorating spinal column - unlike her
DD> girls their girls.
Can't be any fun for your sister. I know that I've hurt my back various
times and it's been no fun so can imagine the pain your sister is going
thru on a daily basis.
RH> Looks good, we'll be getting home at the end of blueberry season in NC
RH> but I should be able to still get some local ones. May try this but
RH> also want to replenish our supply of blueberry jam. I will also do
RH> peach jam/butter this year, not sure what we'll do with the fig crop as
RH> we still have a good supply of fig preserves.
DD> Blueberries are OK. But I prefer the low-bush berries like black
DD> berries and razzleberriesd (raspberries). Probasblybecause that's what
DD> I grew up with.
I grew up with them too, also wild strawberries (little bits of intense
flavor). Had here & there opportunities to have blueberries so developed
a liking for them as well.
