     Title: Cream Of Cheese Soup

     Yield: 1 Batch

     4 c  Milk
     1    Mace blade
 1 1/2 tb Flour
   3/4 tb Salt
     1 ds Pepper
     1 tb Butter
     2    Egg yolks; beaten
     4 tb Cheese; grated

 Heat milk with mace; remove mace. Make sauce of flour, seasonings,
 butter, and milk. Add beaten egg yolks; cook 1 minute. Add cheese;
 serve at once.
