1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Uncooked rice
1 Onion; sliced
2 ts Salt
1 Green pepper
1 ts Chili powder
6 Tomatoes or canned tomatoes

2 c Tomato juice
1/8 ts Pepper
1 c Water
In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion, and green pepper until
meat is brown--add tomatoes, rice, salt, chili powder, and pepper.
Heat through, then add water and cover--cook until rice is soft.
