MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Smoked Sausage & Pasta
Categories: Pasta, Pork, Mushrooms, Herbs, Vegetables
     Yield: 4 servings

     4 oz Uncooked angel hair pasta
   1/2 lb Smoked kielbasa; in 1/2"
          - slices
     2 c  Sliced fresh mushrooms
     2 cl Garlic; minced
 4 1/2 ts Minced fresh basil
          +=+OR+=+
 1 1/2 ts Dried basil
     1 tb Olive oil
     2 c  Julienned, seeded plum
          - tomatoes
   1/8 ts (ea) salt & pepper
          Grated Parmesan cheese; opt

 Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile,
 in a large nonstick skillet, saute the sausage,
 mushrooms, garlic and basil in oil until mushrooms are
 tender. Drain pasta; add to the sausage mixture. Add the
 tomatoes, salt and pepper; toss gently. Heat through. If
 desired, top with additional fresh basil and grated
 Parmesan cheese.
