MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Huevos Picantes

     Yield: 6 Servings

     1 lb Hot pork sausage
    12    Flour tortillas (8")
     2 lb Processed cheese; cubed
     5    Green onions; up to 6,
          - chopped
    10 oz Can tomatoes & chiles
    12    Eggs; slightly beaten

 Preheat oven to 350?F. Melt cheese with tomatoes in a double boiler.
 Using a large skillet, brown sausage; remove and drain. Saute onions
 in sausage drippings until tender--add eggs and cook until just done.
 Combine sausage, onions,a nd eggs-spoon egg mixture onto each
 tortilla and roll. Arrange the tortillas with the seam side down in a
 greased 9x13" baking dish. Cover tortillas with melted cheese and
 bake until bubbly.
