     Title: Habas Con Chilies (Mexican Style Lima Beans)

     Yield: 4 Servings

    10 oz Frozen lima beans
     1 lg Tomato; peeled, chopped
     2 tb Olive oil
   1/4 c  Onion; finely chopped
     1 sm Jalapeno; seeded, chopped
     1 cl Garlic; minced
   1/2 c  Bell pepper; cut in strips
     1    Egg; hard-cooked, chopped
          Salt
          Pepper; to taste
     1 pn Sugar

 Cook beans, then drain. Heat olive oil in a large, heavy skillet, add
 onion, garlic, and bell pepper--saute until onion is clear. Add
 tomato, jalapeno, salt, pepper, and sugar, cook 5 minutes, then add
 lima beans. Place in a serving dish--garnish with egg.
