     Title: Benjamin's Flapjacks
Categories: Breads, Fruits, Herbs
     Yield: 2 servings

 1 1/4 c  Flour
     2 ts Baking powder
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Apple pie spice
   1/8 ts Soda
     1 lg Egg; beaten
   3/4 c  Apple juice
     2 tb Honey
     1 tb Oil

 Stir together first 5 ingredients. In a small bowl stir
 together egg, juice, honey and oil. Add all at once to
 flour mixture. Stir until blended but still lumpy. Put
 1/4 cup batter onto hot lightly greased griddle or HEAVY
 skillet. Watch closely.

 Makes 8 (4") flapjacks.
