MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chicken And Orange Rice
Categories: Chicken
     Yield: 2 Servings

     1    Can cream of mushroom
     1    Can cream of celery
     1 c  Orange juice (1 soup can)
 1 1/2 c  Rice
     1 ts Thyme
     1 ts Vanilla
     1 pn Cinnamon
     2    Black peppercorns; up to 3
          Chicken pieces

 Preheat oven to 375°F.

 Mix all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl (careful with the
 cinnamon).

 Pour 3/4th of mixture into a large casserole dish.

 Add chicken to casserole dish.

 Pour remaining mixture over chicken.

 Cover casserole dish with lid and place into oven for 1-1/2 hours.

 Serve and enjoy.
