     Title: Homemade Guacamole
Categories: Fruits, Vegetables, Citrus, Herbs
     Yield: 2 Cups

     3 md Ripe avocados; peeled,
          - diced
     1 cl Garlic; minced
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 sm Onion; fine chopped
     2 tb Lime juice
     1 tb Minced fresh cilantro
     2 md Tomatoes; seeded, chopped,
          - opt
   1/4 c  Mayonnaise; opt

 Mash avocados with garlic and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients,
 adding tomatoes and mayonnaise if desired.
