MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Masala Chai
Categories: Beverages, Indian, Tea
     Yield: 1 Pot

   500 ml Water
   500 ml Milk
     3    Green cardamom pods
     2 ts Loose-leaf black tea
     6 ts Sugar
     1 pn Salt

 Boil water, tea, sugar, salt, and ground cardamon seeds.

 Add milk after it starts boiling.

 Heat up again and bring to a boil.

 Strain into teapot.
