Title: Caramelized Onion Dip

Yield: 2 Cups
2 lg Onions; fine chopped
2 tb Olive oil
3/4 c Sour cream
3/4 c Plain Greek yogurt
3 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Salt

Potato chips
Corn chips
Assorted fresh vegetables
In a large skillet, saute onions in oil until softened.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring occasionally,
for 30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool
completely.
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, yogurt, onion
powder and salt; stir in two-thirds cooked onions.
Transfer to a serving bowl; top with remaining onions.
Serve with chips and vegetables.
