That brings to mind my second scout leader who enjoyed listening to
Pink Floyd while driving to outings.  More than anything else, i will
remember his sense of humor.

Wow, you've lived in more parts of Oregon than i have!  What's one of your
favorite memories from your time in Oregon?

I am in Grants Pass, but i've had friends and family in Astoria, Beaverton,
Lincoln City, Springfield, Cottage Grove, and Talent.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Off-The-Wall Chocolate Cake
Categories: Cakes
     Yield: 12 Servings

     1    Devil's food cake mix
     3    Egg whites
 1 3/4 c  Water
     1    Egg
     1 c  Walnuts; chopped
     1 c  Semi-sweet chocolate pieces
     1 c  Sugar
     8 oz Fat-free cream cheese; soft

 Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x11x2" pan with non-stick coating. In a
 large bowl beat cake mix, egg whites, and water together until smooth
 and well mixed. Pour in baking pan. Mix soft cream cheese, sugar, and
 egg together until creamy. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop cream cheese
 mixture in cake batter by spoonfuls. Bake for 50 minutes or until
 cake springs back at touch. Cool on wire rack.
