MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pineapple Radio Pudding
Categories: Puddings
     Yield: 8 Servings

   1/2 c  Butter
     1 c  Sugar
     3    Egg yolks
     1 c  Crushed pineapple; drained;
          - reserve juice
   1/2 c  Nuts; chopped
    14    Graham crackers;
          - finely crushed
   1/4 c  Pineapple juice
          Whipped cream
          Marshmallows; chopped

 Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks, drained pineapple, and chopped
 nuts. Roll crackers fine. Arrange alternately the crumbs and
 pineapple mixture in a loaf pan, leaving crumbs as top and bottom
 layers. Pour on pineapple juice and pack well. Let stand in ice-box
 for 12 hours. Serve with whipped cream and chopped marshmallows.
