     4    Carrots; trimmed
     2    Apples; quartered
     2    Ribs celery
     1    (1/2") piece fresh ginger

 Run carrots, apples, and celery through a juicer
 (alternating carrot, apple, and celery) according to
 manufacturer's instructions. Add ginger to juicer and
 process.
