     Title: Fairy Banquet Pudding

     Yield: 1 Pudding

MMMMM--------------------------PUDDING-------------------------------
     2 c  Milk
     1    Egg; beaten
     1 c  Sugar
     2 tb Plain gelatin
     1 c  Cream; whipped
   1/2 c  Nuts; chopped
     1 ts Vanilla
    12    Marshmallows; cut in
          - quarters
     1 ds Salt

MMMMM----------------------CHOCOLATE SAUCE---------------------------
     1 c  Brown sugar
   1/2 c  Milk
     2 tb Cocoa
     2 tb Butter

 Mix milk, egg, and sugar. Heat to boiling point. Add dash of salt.
 Dissolve gelatin in a little cold milk. Add to first mixture. Cool.
 Add cream, nuts, vanilla, and quartered marshmallows. Put in
 regrigerator, stirring several times until firm. Serve with chocolate
 sauce.

 Chocolate Sauce:

 Combine ingredients and cook over low heat until thickened.
