MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Beet Wine
Categories: Alcohol, Beverages
     Yield: 1 Batch

     8 lb Beets; unpeeled
     3    Oranges; cut up
     1 oz Yeast
     6 lb Sugar
     1 lb Raisins

 Cut beets into small pieces; boil in water until tender. Drain water
 off and discard beets. Add 3 qt water to beet water. Add other
 ingredients except yeast. Add yeast when mixture is cool. Let stand 9
 days, stirring once a day. Drain and bottle.
