I like having a collection to browse thru. Every once in a while I'll
pick up a book I've not gone thru in years and find a new recipe that
becomes part of our diet. About 3 years ago it was a butternut squash
and apples with a brown sugar streusel. I don't have it with me because
this computer doesn't have a recipe program but I'll post it when we get
home. It's a good one for fall/winter meals; I usually double the
quantity and freeze it in meal size portions to enjoy thruout the
winter.
