It should be most excellent. It kept noodging at the back of my mind so
I made something very similar last night using store bough (non-GF)
gnocchi and leftovrer rotisserie clucker. Worked great in my baby crock
pot - Dennis and I each had two bowls and Jasper (the biggest dog) licked
the crockpot clean.

MMMMM----   Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Dirty Dave's Chicken Gnocci Soup
Categories: Five, Pasta, Poultry, Vegetables, Herbs
     Yield: 4 servings

1/2 lb Chicken bits from rotissiere
          - chicken carcass
1/2 lb (half bag) frozen mixed veg
2 tb GFS (Minor's) Chicken Base
     1 tb White miso paste
          Pre-made potato gnocchi (1/2
          - bag or so)
          Water

Get out your crockpot and fill it half full of water.
Set the temperature control to high. Add the chicken
base and miso paste and stir until dissolved.

Add the chicken bits and vegetables, stirring to mix.

Add hot water to bring level to about an inch from the
top of the pot. Cover and let it cook for an hour.
Remove the cover and add the gnocci.

If you like pepper - get out the pepper mill and grind
away until your wrists get tired or you think you have
enough. You won't need added salt as the chicken base
 and miso are plenty salty.

Soup is ready when the gnocci are done.
