You're right; my internal clock is off.  I am having "lost days" (where I am
not feeling well and lay in bed) again and I literally cannot remember what
day it is without looking at my watch.

I'd like this sans the pine nuts:

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Garlic Broccoli Pasta
Categories: None
     Yield: 1 Servings

     1 lg Onion; chopped
     2    Cloves garlic; minced, (up
          -to 3)
     2 tb Olive oil
     1    Handful of pine-nuts
     1 lg Head of broccoli; cut into
          -florets
          Parmesan cheese
          Enough whole-wheat spaghetti
          -for two
          Pepper; to taste.

 In frying pan, saute onion, garlic, and pine nuts in olive oil until
 nuts are lightly browned. Boil spaghetti. Put broccoli into pan with
 pine-nut mixture, and cook until color intensifies. Toss with cooked
 pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

 Serves: 2
