How are you on yoghurt? I keep the mini-fridge in my confuser room well
stocked with 4 oz cups of low/no fat yoghurt w/fruit. The labels talk of
15 g of protein in each snack-sized serving. IOW 1/2 oz protein per cup.

I have, on occasion forgotten to put my teeth in before leaving for a
nice breakfast of bacon & eggs and crispy hash browns. So that becomes
sausage patty and eggs and regular hash browns. That I can gum.  Bv)=

I dunno if McDuck's still offer this - but it used to was one of my
favourite snacks from there ....

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: McDonald's Yogurt Parfait
Categories: Five, Dairy, Fruit, Grains
     Yield: 4 Servings

     4 c  Vanilla yogurt
20 oz (2 boxes) sliced frozen
          - strawberries w/sugar added
          - thawed
   1/3 c  Frozen blueberries; thawed
   1/2 c  Crunchy, sweet granola

Pour 1/2 cup of yogurt into a parfait cup or tall glass.

Add 1/2 cup of strawberries into the glass on top of the
 yogurt.

Add 1 tablespoon of blueberries to the glass.

Pour 1/2 cup of yogurt over the fruit.

Sprinkle the granola over the top and serve. Repeat for
 the remaining 3 servings.

 Makes 4 servings.

TIDBITS: I have since discovered that Dannon is the
brand of yogurt used at McDonald's for this product.
But, hey, Yoplait works fine too.
