     Title: Caviar Potato Chips & Lemon Cream
Categories: Five, Dairy, Potatoes, Citrus
     Yield: 10 servings

   1/4 c  Creme fraiche or sour cream
   3/4 ts Fine grated lemon zest
     4 oz Salmon roe or other caviar
          Potato chips

 In a small bowl, whisk together crème fraîche and zest.
 Top each potato chip with a small dollop of crème
 fraîche and a spoonful of caviar.
