Got our fireplace cleaned today and agreed to some repairs.  Not bad, few here
get annual cleanings and USE the fireplace much.  He found our well used truely
functional fireplace really nice.  The extended hearth is quite unique in a
modern hearth but normal in the 1700-1800's.
