MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Dill Potato Salad
Categories: Potatoes, Vegetables, Herbs, Dairy
     Yield: 8 servings

     6 lg Red potatoes; cooked, diced
     3    Green onions w/tops; sliced
   1/4 c  Minced fresh parsley
   1/2 c  Mayonnaise
     3 tb Half & Half cream
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts (ea) dill weed, white pepper
          - & garlic powder

 In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onions and parsley.
 Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over
 potato mixture and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate
 for at least 1 hour.
