MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Zucchini Bread
Categories: Breads
     Yield: 1 Loaf

     1 c  Zucchini; coarsely grated
   1/2 c  Milk
     1    Egg; beaten
   1/2 c  Wholewheat flour
   1/4 ts Baking powder
   1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
   2/3 c  Sugar
   1/4 c  Oil
 1 1/4 c  AP flour
     1 ts Baking soda
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 ts Vanilla

 Combine zucchini, milk, oil, egg in a large bowl.

 In a separate bowl blend flours, soda, baking powder, sugar, and
 salt. Add to zucchini mixture and stir until moistened. Stir in
 vanilla.

 Pour batter into an 8" bread loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes.
 Remove from oven and set for 15 minutes on a wire rack, then remove
 the loaf from the pan to cool on the rack completely.
