MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chicken Tortilla Casserole
Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Cheese, Breads, Chilies
     Yield: 8 servings

     3 c  Shredded cooked chicken
     8 oz (2 cans) chopped green
          - chilies
     1 c  Chicken broth
10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
          - undiluted
10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
          - undiluted
     1 sm Onion; fine chopped
    12    Corn tortillas; warmed
     2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
          Sliced green onions; opt
          Sour cream; opt
          Salsa; opt

 In a large bowl, combine the chicken, chiles, broth,
 soups and onion. Layer half of the tortillas in a
 greased 13" X 9" baking dish, cutting to fit pan if
 desired. Top with half of the chicken mixture and half
 of the cheese. Repeat layers.

 Bake, uncovered @ 350oF/175oC for 30 minutes or until
 heated through. If desired, top with green onions and
 serve with sour cream and salsa.
