Hi Shawn,

SH> I like kim chee and never found it too spicy. I was at a small place
SH> a few years back and got it as a side. That was the only time I found
SH> it too spicy, I ate it and it was good, just a but painful.
There's a small Korean restaurant in Wake Forest that we've gone to a
fair number of times since they opened up about 5 years ago. They always
serve cabbae kim chee as one of their ban chan (small side dishes). I'll
have a bit of it but leave most of it for Steve. He still likes hot and
spicy more than I do.
RH> of her kim chee. Steve and I both prefer cucumber kim chee over cabbage
RH> kim chee.
SH> Never tried it. I'll have to look for that now.
Now that you know about it, go for it. (G)
