I've been revising it to a brain dead newsgroup who do not understand that
there are more potato typs than russets and to say just 'simmer' 45 minutes.
It's actually amusing in a macabre sort of way, how they just see 'potato' and
pay no attention to the type, to understand larger hunks (they do tiny cute
cubes at 1/4 inch to 1/3 inch).
I just didn't want the vinegar/oil mix in so many German ones but I wanted
mustard. I didn't want sugar or pickles or hard boiled eggs. Eating the
average potato salad here, is like a potato based candycane with eggs in it.
The coleslaw is just as bad. Like a cabbage candycane.
