MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cabbage Kugel
Categories: Jewish, Casseroles
     Yield: 8 Servings

     1    Green cabbage
          Water
     4    Eggs; slightly beaten
     2    Onions; chopped and sauteed
   1/4 c  Cooking oil or margarine
   1/2 c  Matzo meal -OR-
     2 lg Potatoes; grated and drained
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts White pepper

 Preparation Time: 2 hours

 Shred cabbage; soak in hot water 15 minutes, repeat; squeeze out
 water. Mix cabbage with all remaining ingredients. Turn into greased
 casserole dish. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour.

 This is my all time favorite clam sauce recipe. You can vary this as
 you like by adding additional ingredients.
