     Title: Tandoori Chicken
Categories: Indian
     Yield: 2 Servings

     2    Chicken legs; with bone
   1/2    Lemon
          Salt; pepper

MMMMM--------------------------MARINADE-------------------------------
   1/2 ts Turmeric powder
   1/3 ts Ground cayenne pepper
     1 tb Ground chili pepper
     1 ts Ground cumin
     1 ts Ground coriander
     1 ts Garam masala
   1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

 Skin the chicken, cut deep slices on each side of the chicken leg
 with a knife, sprinkle salt and pepper, and lemon juice on the meat.

 Add the marinade and the spices to a container and mix well. Put the
 chicken and cover thoroughly in the marinade, then refrigerate for 6
 hours.

 Add baking paper to an oven and place the tandoori on top. Bake for
      25    minutes at 230°C (450°F).
