MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Alabama-Style White Barbecue Sauce
Categories: Sauces
     Yield: 1 Batch

     2 c  Mayonnaise
   1/2 c  Apple cider vinegar
   1/4 c  Prepared extra-hot
          -horseradish
     2 tb Fresh lemon juice
     2 ts Prepared yellow mustard
 1 1/2 ts Freshly ground black pepper
     1 ts Kosher salt
   1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
   1/4 ts Garlic powder

 Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish, lemon juice, mustard, black
 pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder together in a bowl.

 Whisk together thoroughly until creamy and smooth.

 Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
