MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Black Bean Turkey Chilli
Categories: Poultry, Beans, Chilies, Cheese, Vegetables
     Yield: 6 Servings

     1 lb Lean ground turkey
     1 lg Bell pepper; chopped
     1 md Onion, chopped
     2 tb Chilli spice mix
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
    15 oz Can tomato sauce
    15 oz Can black beans; rinsed;
          - drained
 1 1/2 c  Frozen corn; thawed
     1 lg Tomato; chopped
   1/2 c  Water
          Shredded cheddar cheese

 In a 6 qt. stockpot, cook and crumble turkey with green
 pepper and onion over medium-high heat until no longer
 pink, 5-7 minutes. Stir in seasonings; cook 1 minute.

 Stir in tomato sauce, beans, corn, tomato and water;
 bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, to
 allow flavors to blend, about 10 minutes, stirring
 occasionally. Serve with cheese.
