I made this recipe last night and incorporated it into a bowl with
rice, lentils, and avocado.  I was happy with how it turned out.
It tasted vaguely like Chinese food.

     Title: Brussels Sprouts In Soya Bean Paste
Categories: Vegetables, Chilies
     Yield: 2 servings

   160 g  Brussels sprouts (5 1/2 oz);
          -washed, trimmed
    10 g  Red chiles (1/3 oz); chopped
     2 cl Garlic; peeled, fine chopped
     2 tb Vegetable oil
     2 ts Thai soya bean paste
   1/2 ts Light brown sugar

 Heat oil in the frying pan. Add Brussels Sprouts and
 gently stir for approx 5 minutes.

 In goes the garlic, light brown sugar, and red chili.
 Then stir-fry for a further 3 minutes.

 Put the Thai soya bean paste and fold all the
 ingredients together, cook for further 2 minutes and
 serve immediately.
