     Title: Pasta

     Yield: 4 Cups

   1/2 lb Dry pasta (2 c)
     8 c  Water
     2 ts Salt

 When it's late in the day and you don't like to even think about
 making dinner, then it's time for the easy and dependable
 crowd-pleasure--pasta! But be careful! Without a little tender loving
 care, delicate noodles are easily overcooked! Italians prefer it "al
 dente," which means resistant to the bite.

 Boil water with salt. Slowly pour in pasta. Keep water boiling
 uncovered. Stir occasionally with fork to keep pasta from sticking.
 Drain and serve with sauce.
