2 tb White sugar; to taste
          Ice cubes
1 oz White rum; up to 2 oz
          Club soda

MMMMM-----------------------WHOLE PITCHER----------------------------
    36    Fresh mint leaves
     3    Limes; quartered
1/3 c  Sugar; adjust to your
          -preference
     1 c  White rum
     1 l  Club soda

I've tried a few different recipes and this is the simplest one and
it's really good so it's my favorite. Mojitos are probably my
favorite cocktail and it's really easy to keep everything you need on
 hand.

Pro Tip: Growing your own mint for mojitos and to use in tea is easy
 and worthwhile.

Bonus Pro Tip: If you can get your hands on an orange mint plant, try
replacing half the mint leaves with orange mint. They taste AMAZING!

 Single Drink:

Rinse mint leaves and drop them in the bottom of a strong glass along
with one of the lime wedges and crush them up with a muddler.

Add the other two lime wedges and 2 tb of sugar and muddle it all
 again.

Fill the glass most of the way with ice cubes.

Pour in the rum and fill the rest of the way with club soda.

Stir and taste. Depending on the size of your glass and your
preferences you may want to add a little more sugar.

 Enjoy!

 Whole Pitcher:

Rinse mint leaves and toss them into a pitcher.

 Add sugar and muddle.

 Add limes and muddle again.

 Add rum.

 Add club soda.

 Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Pour mojito mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes.

 Enjoy!
