OUCH!  Miso is 300mg sodium per tsp.  5.75 tsps mak 1 ounce for 1,725 mg per
ounce and they want 4oz!!!!  That's 6,900mg sodium!  I don't think I've ever
seen a recipe that high in salt/sodium before!

Just so you know the recommened sodium is 1,800 a day (some say up to 2,000).
