MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Spicy Touchdown Chilli
Categories: Beef, Pork, Beer, Vegetables, Chilies
     Yield: 12 servings

     1 lb Ground beef
     1 lb Bulk pork sausage
    32 oz (2 cans) kidney beans;
          - rinsed  drained
    30 oz (2 cans) pinto beans; rinsed
          - drained
    29 oz (2 cans ) diced tomatoes
          - w/mild green chilies;
          - undrained
14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes w*onions;
          - undrained
    12 oz Beer
     6 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
     1 sm Onion; chopped
   1/4 c  Chilli spice mix
   1/4 c  Chopped, pickled jalapeno
          - slices
     2 ts Ground cumin
     2 cl Garlic; minced
     1 ts Dried basil
   3/4 ts Cayenne pepper

MMMMM-------------------------OPTIONALS------------------------------
          Shredded Cheddar cheese
          Sour cream
          Chopped green onions

 In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
 longer pink, 6-8 minutes, crumbling beef; drain.
 Transfer to a 6 qt. slow cooker. Repeat with sausage.

 Stir in the next 13 ingredients. Cook, covered, on low
 until heated through, 4-5 hours. If desired, top
 individual servings with shredded cheddar cheese, sour
 cream and chopped green onions.
