MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Lime Chicken Chilli

     Yield: 6 servings

     1 md Onion; chopped
     1 md (ea) yellow, red and green
          - bell pepper; chopped
     2 tb Olive oil
     3 cl Garlic; minced
     1 lb Ground chicken
     1 tb A-P flour
     1 tb Baking cocoa
     1 tb Ground cumin
     1 tb Chilli spice mix
     2 ts Ground coriander
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Garlic pepper blend
   1/4 ts Pepper
    29 oz (2 cans) diced tomatoes;
          - undrained
   1/4 c  Lime juice
     1 ts Grated lime zest
    15 oz Can cannellini beans; rinsed
          Drained
     2    (8") flour tortillas; in
          - 1/4" strips
     6 tb Sour cream

 In a large saucepan, saute onion and peppers in oil for
 7-8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add garlic; cook 1
 minute longer. Add chicken; cook and stir over medium
 heat for 8-9 minutes or until no longer pink.

 Stir in the flour, cocoa and seasonings. Add the
 tomatoes, lime juice and lime zest. Bring to a boil.
 Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or
 until thickened, stirring frequently. Stir in beans;
 heat through.

 Meanwhile, place tortilla strips on a baking sheet
 coated with cooking spray. Bake @ 400ºF/205ºC for 8-10
 minutes or until crisp. Serve chilli with sour cream and
 tortilla strips.
