     4 c  Frozen french-fried
          - potatoes
    24 g  Env brown gravy mix
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/2 c  White Cheddar cheese curds
          ==OR==
   1/2 c  Diced white cheddar cheese

 Prepare french-fried potatoes according to package
 directions.

 Meanwhile, prepare gravy mix according to package
 directions. Stir in pepper. Place fries on a serving
 plate; top with cheese curds and gravy.
