MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Oat Muffins
Categories: Breads, Fruits, Vegetables, Grains, Booze
     Yield: 12 servings

     3 lg Eggs
   200 ml Kefir
     5 g  Baking powder
     1 ts Baking soda
     2    Bananas
     1    Apple; shredded
     1 lg Carrot; shredded
   100 g  Raisins
     1 tb Rum
   300    Gr oat flakes
     5 g  Cinammon
     3 tb Honey
   150 g  Chocolate morsels/chips

 Mix everything and bake @ 180ºC/350ºF
